I Finally Did It........

I finally ordered my macbook pro! After 1 month of selling all kinds of junk in my house. Completing offers online for cash, etc, etc, i finally ordered my macbook pro, spending only $200 of my own cash!

I ordered it from macmall at a great deal $1744.00 total. After rebates.

Macbook Pro 2.4ghz intel core 2 duo
160gb hard drive
2gb of ram
256mb video card (nvidia)
15" glossy screen

cant wait till it gets here.

im 23..i can afford it, i just hate spending my own money on stuff i want. I dont need a new laptop, but i want it. So i always find out ways to get what i want. My mom made me watch "The Secret" last month, so i thought id try it out. I put a picture of the macbook pro on my desktop as a wallpaper, and wrote "This is what i want in 30 days."

I then sold stuff laying around at home, at work..that i didnt need ...completed a ton of offers online, through freebie sites, did some affiliate marketing myself. And todays the 29th, i bought my laptop a day before 30 days!

Anyone can figure out ways of getting what they want..u just gotta try, thats the main thing. Looking at that macbook pro wallpaper on my desktop everyday was my motivation.

That sounds like a fantastic savings system you've got there... but I'm pretty sure I've sold anything and everything I've own of value in the last few months to pay for college. Everything else is stuff I wanna keep....

Although, I am gonna try to save for a 24" iMac this summer... and if I do a REALLY good job; a baseline Mac Pro!
