I forgot my passcode :( HELP!

Hi, I forgot my passcode & to connect to itunes, you need to turn the phone off completely.. but the thing is, It wont turn off. It will turn off for a second then automatically turn on again.


Can someone please help?!

Keep holding once it turns on until black again, then will go into connect to iTunes mode
