I forgot to save my SHS in Tiny Umbrella now am JB can I still save it?

Yes you still can. However Cydia will do it for you now as long as you said "yes make my life easier" the first time you opened Cydia.
Mine cydia didnt ask me to make my life easier, normaly it does but not now?

Can I manually do it somehow through my iPad or do I need to do it through tiny umbrella?

I noticed this as well. It doesn't matter for me since I saved my blobs with tinyumbrella before I jailbroke but I did notice that cydia did not ask when I first used it. Anyway in answer to the OP's question, yes you can sill save your blobs for 4.3.3 and 5.0 beta. Those are the ones that I got when I saved mine.
I had also with tiny umbrela but with my iphone4 the first jailbreak i clicked on make my life easier now it was no button,

Same here. I saved my blobs using tinyumbrella for 4.3.1 and 4.3.3 and it shows shsh 4.3.1 and 4.3.3 at the top in cydia.
Weird up top in Cydia it says SHSH: 4.3.3
So am I good or do I still need to save via Tny Umbrella as I haven't yet?
Mine on top says shsh4.3.3 as wel, but i did from before with tinyumbrela.
If u want download from cydia an app called ishshit n save your shsh blobs in ur device so u can mail them to yoursel on your pc or mac just in case..
Correct, you will always get the shsh blobs for the most current iOS version that Apple is signing, regardless of what OS version you have, but this is not what people are asking about.
