I found away to run the touch screen diagnostic test with this App in the App Store

I was having issue with my iPhone 7 touch screen with the Facebook not letting me like Facebook post only if I pressed hard on the screen to make it work but the rest of the screen worked.

I found this cool App to run the similar version of touch screen test they run at Apple Store here the app I ran it and it all passed this is the app I recommend for you people having touch screen issues.
