My stupid iPhone 4S has bed burning through cellular data, completely ignoring wifi connections everywhere! I discovered this preference by installing onavo count. Not only were the numbers growing at an astonishing rate, but when the onavo VPN stopped working properly, all Internet-related functions stopped working, even on wifi. The VPN is supposed to only apply to cellular data. Disabling the VPN fixed the connection, but it still prefers cellular data to wifi.

Turning off cellular data fixes this. VERY ANNOYING. I have had to pay 2 overage fees and upgrade my data plan because of this.

What am I supposed to do to fix this? Oddly, according to onavo, apple services like iCloud use next to nothing on my phone. Apps and web surfing burn through this thing.
