I get a call but the phone does not ring

I have so many lost calls. For some reason the phone does not ring and some leave a message or just hang up. I get the recent call listing of who it was. I have looked everywhere in the system etc. to make sure there is nothing setup wrong. I do get some calls.

Is it the phone carrier? I use Red Pocket..
Oh yeah my notifications do not work, the red mark on the voicemail, to know if I have a new voicemail either.

I think i just found out it was on do not disturb
