I get a Green Screen when trying to watch a video message

Hello,

My friend has the MyTouch from TMoblie and I have the iPhone 4

Recently when I receive video messages from them, it won't play - The audio works but the video plays as a green screen

My friend can view videos I send and says they have not switched any setting from their phone

I was just wondering if there is a setting messed up with my phone, after I updated to the iOS5 ?

or if anyone else has this issue?

Maybe it's an easy fix or maybe it's still something with their phone?

Should I contact Apple Support or maybe look for a new new update on iTunes?

any suggestions or help is appreciated
