I really think I got a free iPhone 4.
I place a order on ATT Premier and waited.
I couldn't take it anymore. Called Best Buy. They had it in Stock.
Went to go buy it from Best Buy.
I forgot to cancel my ATT order.
It finally shipped today. Just got it this morning.
I checked my bank account. Nothing has been taken out of my bank account.
I read that. If you don't have enough money in your account. Your order would be cancel.
I only have 158.00 dollars in my account.
Im just going to wait it out for now and see what happens.
I might sell it or return it.
Im just afraid they might charge me Full Price for the Phone.

I bet the payment for the iPhone 4 will be deducted at some point soon from your bank account. Better get some more on there, don't want to overdraft!

If it doesn't, well that would be awesome.

Excuse me a moment while I call Mr. Jobs.

-1 minute later-

The cops will be busting down your front door in 2 minutes. RUN!!!

They will still charge you, though the question would be did you get upgrade pricing on both.

uhhh, youre a fool if you think you will not be charged.

youre going to be charged not only for the phone, but an overdraft fee too.

good luck with that.

Agreed. Sooner or later they are going to come looking for their money. Save yourself the headache and return it now.

It takes a while for the transfer to clear and you won't see the change immediately.

I would put money into that account as soon as possible to avoid the overdraft fees.

What should i do then? Should i wait and see if they charge me full price then I will return in or upgrade price and then keep it?

Hope they charge you before the 30 days so you can still return it lol. They might still charge you a restocking fee of 10%. Now, if you return it BEFORE they find out and charge you I've heard that they'll give you a generous credit on your account. I know AT&T and Apple have been horrible at charging for iPhones. A charge was on hold on my CC, canceled, and then they charged it again a few days later. It's super annoying.

You didn't get "a free phone"

You have been credited a phone, that has yet to be paid for,

They will catch up with you. (hopefully either they will get the money or you'll return it before they unleash a debt collection agency on to you.).

You ordered the phone by the way. So you can't justify keeping it without paying.

Well, you probably just should return to save yourself any trouble they may pop up, but if you want to keep it, be sure there is enough in the account to cover it and don't open for a couple of months just in case later on they charge you the difference in price.

Yeah, I might just return it. I would put money in my account. But, i just don't have money right now. Im 18 by the way. I get paid minimum wage

So basically you're a thief or at least talking about being one. Not really something you should brag about on an Internet forum. This world is going to the ******* and fast when people are actually coming onto a public forum and openly talking about how to defraud aka steal from a company. Pretty pathetic.

This has been spoken about.
You will get them both subsidized. Then if you go to activate it or sell it, it will check and try to use your activation and then they will charge u then and there.

Yeah, Im just going to return it tomorrow. I don't want any head ache!

OP - especially if you are going to talk about an issue like this, I would recommend you change your forum name from your actual name, if you are actually "Andrew Tieu".
