HI.
I am out of my school for three weeks. I heard it was not possible to have my phone on hold for three weeks if I have two year contract. so I've just decided to choose the lowest-price rate.
This is the part where the question comes up
If I paid my bill on 12/16, and my new rate plan starts on 12/26 (This was one of option that I chose: the one that prevents you from paying extra charge if texts, or minutes of call or internet that I actually spent is more than new rate plan. cuz I spent 600 mb so changing into new plan, 200mb, would make me pay more extra charges. so I chose this plan.)
Anyway, the new rate plan goes on until 1/26.
so it's like "week ratio of previous to new is 1 to 4, right?"
how does it work? If I just continued with my previous plan, I have to pay 80 dollars. but I'm just using this for a week. but for new plan, which is like 40 dollars, I am using this for a month, which is whole 40 dollars.
so do I have to divide 80 dollars by 4? cuz I'm using this for week, which is one-fourths of week. and then add it to 40$ that I'm using in new plan?
