I just got a Titanium PowerBook G4 for 40 dollars CAD, it is the older 500mhz model, with 512mb ram and an 80GB HD. It is a wonderful machine, im in love already :D. Anyone else on their PB G4?

Funny you should ask! I'm actually on my TiBook at the moment too. Hard to believe the design is nearing 10 years old. They still look very modern by todays standards.

While this machine isnt mine, Im using a 867Mhz Titanium G4 - actually working OK with 10.5 :D:D - Beautiful machines, in fact I want one for myself now xD

Thats the same one I've got. It could just be me, but I think these things had the most beautiful screens. Very bright and crisp. Like it better than my 12" Powerbook and MacBook Pro even.

I think its you actually :S - I prefer the screen my personal 1.67Ghz 15" powerbook has (I have them sat side by side, and I think theyre similar brightness, but my later one is just slightly brighter and crisper IMHO.

I'm actually on my wife's 867 TiBook, as my iBook has a bad screen. I actually like it -- its Airport card works better than the iBook's wireless. Only a 60 Gig disk, though, so I've really tried not to put anything on it I don't need.
