I wanted to share my experiences with Logitech. I have owned many of there products. I started with the white two button trackball. Still works great. I have since purchased two of the new four button trackballs (they include software now to control the buttons.) I have purchased the logitech camera and I purchased one for my parents. Nothing but good things. I also purchased the Logitech USB headset with mic for Skype callls. Experience was not so good with this product. Bought from Best Buy, the ear piece shorted out. Best Buy replaced. The one they replaced it with the Mic died.

Anyway, why am I telling you all this? I wanted everybody that reads this to know that there customer service is one of the best that I have dealt with in a long time! I explained to the customer service rep what happened and my experience and they agreed to replace it.

Now that is a company that understands customer service. Not only that, for the most part I have been happy with all the products I have bought from them in the past.
