I have read the thread by Hutch earlier and thought I would chime in. For me the carbon fiber case was about the style and durability. I have heard similar problems with delays about dro on other forums. I figured I would chance it and try. I can echo Hutch's comments that this is a high quality, very nice case.
My order was shipped through UPS not usps. I found on their blog that every order is now shipped with UPS, I don't know if that will help them or not.

My first package was delivered and had been seriously crushed, the box (which looked very sturdy) was like a pancake. I contacted DRO and they got back to me in about 48 hours. They told me the same speil and filed a claim with UPS. But they actually shipped a new on to me that same day. I received a new (uncrushed) box in two days which my order in perfect condition. While they certainly didn't get back to me really quickly 48 hours is suitible for me as I only check my email 1-2 times a day anyway.

I have been happy with the quality of the screen protector also (d-shield they call it)

Does anyone else have any good or bad experiences with dro? At this point I think I would recommend this case to my friends.

Other cases I have that I really like: Switcheasy Rebal, INCASE Slider
