I have a Canon G9 and today I pushed my sd card into the slot, but then couldn't eject it. I guess the ejector mechanism got stuck or something. Anyone got a trick or suggestions of getting it out? It's the kind of slot where you push to insert, and then push down on the card again to eject.

Yeah tweezers should fit right in there but make sure you just don't yank it up, push it down encase it's still locked in. Then slightly pull up to see it it's disengaged.

Ahh, I got it out, I couldn't tell if it was "in" or "out" position. Pulled it out with my fingers. Thanks guys

keep trying to push it in, sounds like the mechanism is jammed.

While normally I'm above such cliche comments, the occasional exception must be made. Without further ado:

That's what she said.

I did that on an old laptop.
Give it a wiggle with some Tweezers, then Bob's your Uncle. It should ease off so you can grab it :D
