iPod touch I Got my Pre-Order!

In the Depths of the SLC!
Well I finally got my pre-ordered ipod and I love it. It has a tad bit of the negative effect, but it honestly isn't any worse than my PSP's dark screen problems, it's something I'm used to I guess. I won't cry about it now, but once they fix it, I'll see about a return. So far I love it! It's so small!

I couldn't get the front invisible shield on it right the first time and now it's ruined (the shield) but I got the back one on just fine and it's all that really mattters for now is scratch proving the back side. I can't wait to show this off during lunch, one of the first people in my school to get one! Ooo ra!
 
yea, i believe you, but, well i would like some proof bc then that means mine should be here soon!:)
 
yea, and how did he get an invisible shield? They arent shipping for the touches yet...at least i think so. Can we see your FedEx page?
 
I'm supposed to get mine (ordered 5th) Fri. That's with standard (5-day) shipping. If he had 2-3 day shipping, he'd get his, well, today. It adds up.

Mine, however, is going right back, receipt refused, as I bought one last Sat. and have been getting good use out of it.

I have 2-3 day shipping I paid extra for to make sure I got mine before my Florida trip and it's still on track for a Friday delivery. I hope I do not have any problems with it but, I have a really strong feeling I'm gonna have the screen problem because for 1, I am extremely anal about displays and for 2, all of these reports about the screen are going to cause me to examine it even more closely than usual.
 
Pics or it's not real huh? That is funny, I don't really need proof, but I did get it this afternoon. Maybe I should scan my UPS papers and get them up here huh?

But being one of the first people in my High school to get one, and showing it off to people who think it's some new iphone, can never be cooler!

wait, UPS delivered it? Where did you order it from? Apple? or Best Buy?

this is ridiculous. it takes two seconds to make a screenshot and upload it; people do it all the time.

anyway, mine will get here on Friday so I'm slowly learning patience..
 
Yes, I pre-ordered from Best Buy right after the store re-opened online after the announcement. And yes, it was shipped via UPS. Here is the "print screen" of the UPS tracking info, unfortunatly it does not tell what exactly it was shipping, but oh well...
