I GOT ONE!!!!! At 5:02 via the app, I ordered the series 2 silver aluminium case with white sport band 38mm and AppleCare+. No pickup here in Canberra (Australia) but shipping says 22/9 – 27/9.

I got my first AW (sports aluminium, still in perfect condition now) on launch day last April and I am so so happy with it... But series 2 is waterproof and I have been waiting for waterproofing for so long now (ever since my first smart watch – Pebble – which had waterproof to 50m). If you can't get on via the Apple website, try the Apple Store app – it was available at 5:02pm.
