I got my 12 pro max replacement exchange from the sales team and the new sim card not working but I do have an old sim card what can I do?

When you first boot your device and go through the set up, it should prompt you to enter your carrier info. Did that screen not show up?

It's odd how they processed this one because if I remember correctly, you posted about an issue and you called apple and that they would to a exchange/replacement without having to cancel your iUP. I don't think it could be done this way. Technically you were supposed to return, wait for them to process the refund, and cancel out your iUP, and you start up a new iUP.

What I hear it’s done a different way since the shipping department did the replacement everything in my order correctly.
