I realized that I was using the account holders phone number, and they don't want to upgrade. I was expecting them to give a list of the lines and you choose from the ones you want to upgrade like on the AT&T website, but instead they just the number I entered. That number isn't available for upgrade and was about to charge me $400. Since then, I've been putting my phone number in and have been getting errors. Do I put the number of the line thats going to upgrade or what? I'm even more frustrated now.
