I had "snow" appear on my screen... Dying GPU?

I had a very light episode of "snow" that occurred within the last two months. Is my GPU dying?

For example, the amount of "snow" was a little bit lighter than the snow in the video below, but it only lasted for a short time.

Could also be from overheating or a component that's broken. Monitor your temps with istat or a similair app. Concerning dust use a fan control app to set your fans on the highest rpm to try to blow out dust.
