2 weeks ago i registered
last week won iphone 3G with good price
seller send quote for shipping because i live outside usa
2 days later after money sent by paypal
seller sent me message that his store team have problem in shipping!
i thought it was problem with the phone then i said ok cancel
then he left positive feedback
then 3 days later i could not find good iphone then i ask send it
he still have the money and did not refund yet
i called them and they said we did not ship because you did not leave positive feedback!

i think i will take action against them!

Seems like a good reason to leave negative feedback. Positive feedback is something you leave if your item has been shipped as described in a timely manner.
