I HATE itunes 12.3 & want to use 11.4 but I upgraded to El Cap. HELP

I hate itunes 12 & up! I ant to be able to use a SIMPLE & CLEAN.....BORING itunes display which enables me to SEE my bpm's & keys on the play list display.

Has anyone figured out a way to make this happen?

I want the last version of iTunes that had a search field that wasn't a step back, the realtime filtering local search was actually useful. Pressing enter after a search isn't the end of the world, but it's a step back - just to be able to push iTunes ads. That's lame. Stop being lame, Apple and think of the user first, and short time profit second.
