I hate mobile sites. How do I see full pages?

I got an iPhone so I can view full sites. Can I force sites like ESPN to show the full site instead of the mobile site?

When I visit Ebay and CNN, there is usually an option to switch to PC view, at the bottom of the page in the case of CNN.

well everytime I reload ESPN it defaults to the mobile site. Is there anyway to save this preference?

Yes. I have ESPN bookmarked as espn.go.com which should be the full site.
