i have 2 normal questions (want factory settings back)

okay so i jailbroke my phone but i want to have the factory settings back, the phone glitches sence the jailbreak. i have the 1.1.4 version if that even matters.i was wondering if when i restore the phone would the contacts get deleted too? and if so is there any way i can getthe contacts from my phone onto my computer or email or something so i can just put them all back really fast? held would be really appreciated.

when you plug your phone in and sync it, it will let ask you if you want to import the contacts to your computer. it puts them in your address book. then restore the phone and resync it.
