iPod touch I have 2 problems with my 16 gb touch...

I have 2 problems with my 16 gb touch...
1) When I download a movie it will be missing about 1 sec. of the movie which is just enough to kick me back to the menu and restart the movie, how do I stop this?
2) The battery only lasts about 1 1/2 hours when playing a movie, is the battery bad?

If you have convert these movie it is probably your converter, if not then i would check the apple.com/support

Video is likely a HUGE size compared to what it should be, what do you use to convert it so you can use it on your touch?

I use videora ipod converter. I have also had this problem with Rambo that I downloaded from iTunes and a song that I downloaded from iTunes.

Sounds like you may need to exchange your touch, but before you do, have you tried a restore via itunes?

Just some information, I've found Apple's 'Auto Brightness' setting to have an opposite effect of energy saving and actually waste battery life more radpily in some cases. Best to just set the brightness level to about 1/3, i've found.
