I have 3.1.2 SHSH on file...or not?

Open Cydia, see I have SHSH on file for 3.1.2

I changed hosts file, no restore permisted (error 3194)
I tried to use tiny umbrella, succeed on 3.1.3 & 4.0, but not 3.1.2
So which one should I trust?
