I have a 1.86 previous generation but

But i want to get the 11inch air with the higher speed of 1.6 and 4 GB of ram.. Does anything i will take a hugh loss in power if i get this ? My current air has 1.86 , 2gb ram and 128 ssd.

I have that rev and running xbench on that and a 1.4 11" in the apple store gave slightly better numbers for my rev b, so the 1.6 will be close enough to equal. the new airs have much faster ssd access, but remember this is partially because the drives are new and empty....
