I have a 4S with 6.1... can I upgrade to 6.1.2?

Apple replaced my telephone today. The replacement came with 6.1, whereas before I had stayed at 6.1.2. Can I upgrade to 6.1.2?

So I can either jailbreak 6.1 and deal with the problems 6.1 has with the 4S, or not jailbreak at all?
