I have a bunch of audio tapes and i don´t know how to transfer the all the information in them into an ibook/powerbook?

if you have a powerbook and aren't overly concerned with sound quality, get a cassette player with 3.5mm out and get a 3.5mm male<->male cable. then connect the tape player to the computer and use audacity or something like that (garageband, logic, etc. should work also) to record the tape player's output. iirc.

Though it is not for the iBook/Powerbook (or any Mac for that matter) and also of dubious sound quality, since it doesn't support Dolby or anything but normal cassette tapes. I hereby give you a link to: the Plusdeck. A pretty expensive way to do what Homer J. suggested.
