I have a business account with ATT, do I have to go thru them to upgrade?

I've usually upgraded my iPhones thru Best Buy because I get Reward Points. They told me I have to go thru ATT in order to upgrade for business lines.

based on my experience, YES! you can only go through AT&T.

I know, it sucks....

That's probably true. I'm in charge of our Verizon business account for our users, and we have to go through Verizon directly, either online or an actual Verizon corporate store. We can't go through Apple, or other Verizon partners like Best Buy, etc.
