I have a few questions

i finnaly got my ipod touch, and after the first unsuccessful try to jailbreak it i finnaly got it on the scound! but now i have some questions when ever i try to install some apps it says you must install BSD subsystem or Cydia first! so i look in all apps and found BSD subsystem and it says the same thing any help, also i cant get ness on my ipod touch, and what are the best games and apps to install

Do you have the latest version of Installer? Check under the updates tab within Installer.

You need to clear the Queue before trying to install again. See, since the app that needed BSD didn't fully install, it was still at the top of the queue. So, when you touch 'Install' when installing the BSD, click clear queue.

That should also fix your NES problem.

ok i installed the bsd and ness but when i open up ness it says no ROMs found ples upload ROMS to /var/mobile/media/ROMs/NES

Yeah, you have to download some. Google ROM's for ipod touch.
