I have a Jailbroken 2.2 iPhone 2G. Step-by-Step to get it to 3.0?

Ok, for all the people with an already jailbroken 2.* 2G Phones, can someone give a detailed step-by-step for how to get it on the 3.0 software?

I read the blog, but I dont know what to do? I downloaded the torrent the blog told me, but what else do I need to get? Do I need to restore it first?

A step-by-step will be MASSIVELY helpful, and it will help a LOT of people in the same boat.
