I have a Macbook Pro Account Problem

I need help I used my sister's macbook pro and i regret every one bit. The problem is i created a admin account and then a standard account. So there was 3 accounts at that time including my sisters admins account. So i accidentally deleted my admin account now i have my standard account and her admin acc. I don't want to reset her password I can make a new admin account but How will i be able to delete my standard and admin account without having to go on my sister's admin account please help me macbook pro experts.
