I have a MBPr late 2013 and multiple accounts on it; how do I backup the whole thing?

God forbid let's say my computer goes toast.

I want to be able to buy another MBPr 13" and make it EXACTLY like it is now.

How do I backup multiple accounts and pretty much everything so that I can make a mirror image on my new MBPr?
