I have a question about setting up a new icloud id on a current device.

I am wanting to set up a new icloud id for my mother who is currently using my icloud id. I know how to do to it; however, my question is will she lose all of her contacts, pictures, notes, etc when i make her a new account and sign in with it on her device? Also will the new icloud account sync up everything on her current device (if it does not delete) and be just like normal?
