I have a setting not in packages?

Dont remember downloading this but in my settings, scroll down and i have BTstack, click that & its set to none, or i can enable it ios or BTstack....i have no idea what this is.

I thought id look in cydia my packages but theres nothing there that i have downloaded called btstack.

Any ideas how to remove it?
