I have a very confusing situation.

Just bought a iPhone 5 with a non data phone line (was going to use it on my 4s line) But now I found out im switching to a different persons account, so if i open a line with them do i just take it with me and tell me i want to activate this one but i dont want to activate the data plan on the non data line.

Im confused my self.

Don't activate the phone, until you are sure what line you want to use it on. When you're ready to activate, and you run into complications, just call AT&T/Sprint/Verizon which they may give you a new SIM.
