I have a WinXp ISO modified for USB. How can I burn this in OSX?

I only have one working computer, a MBA OSX Lion. The second computer is a PC that had Ubuntu on it at one point but the hdd has since been wiped.

I have a Windows XP Pro ISO that was modified to be installed to a USB drive which can then be installed to a hdd.

How can I burn this image to the flash drive under OSX?

I've been googling for over an hour and nothing seems to work :(
