I have a wireless netgear router WPN824v2 and Iphone4s and can not get any wifi

I have a wireless netgear router WPN824v2 and Iphone4s and can not get any wifi. I already reset the network settings on my phone, re-entered several times my custom wifi password. and still nothing. before I was be able to use my WIFI, but later problems rose after my connection was cut off due to non payment. Later the service was re-instated and my phone never again got wifi ( but my laptop and xbox did get wifi ). however, I do get others wifi connection on my phone, except mine. I am guessing it is a router problem but it is weird too, because I can use my laptop and xbox live with my current wifi, but my phone does not get it. help please. because I don't know anything about this stuff.
