I have an Airpod Pro which disconnects every now and then when talking on Phone or even wireless music streamed to Airpod Pro Why?

With 2D15 will it help with the disconnects?.. When I am talking on the iPhone 11 Pro with 13.3.1 firmware, I sometimes lose the airpod pro connection all of a sudden then I knew no one could hear me.. when I change to Speaker or back to phone I still cannot hear anyone. It also happens when talking on Phone or even wireless music streamed. I did not have this problem so much but lately it has been happening more. I did not drop the Airpod Pro at all since I got it, if it did it was on a carpet flooring.
