I have an Iphone 4 from Verizon, can it be re-used?

It doesn't have no Sim card slot so my question is, can I sell it to someone who has Verizon and they will be able to use it just fine? I just upgraded so I have no use for it anymore. Thanks for the replies.

As long as the iPhone isn't still under contract or activated on your verizon wireless account.

I just upgraded today to a 5C so I'm guessing its not under contract anymore?

Then yes, as long as it has a clean esn then another Verizon subscriber could use it on their line.
