I have an iPhone 4 which doesn't support iOS8 and running 7.1.2; i'm not given the option to upgrade to iOS8. Does this mean a jailbreak will always be available to iPhone 4 running iOS 7...? Of course, unless Apple decides to give iPhone 4 an update to 7.1.3 for security or whatever concerns.

Is this correct?

If so, I'd love to do a restore and add the jailbreak again. If not, looks like I'm stuck with a slow jailbroken iPhone 4. (It's slow only cause I have so many photos and what not and a restore always seems to speed the device up, for the first few weeks anyway)

yes, JB will be available, but I'm afraid the slowness of the iPhone 4 it's because iOS 7 :(
