I have an iphone & a macbook air & i just got a kindle fire as a gift

I have a macbook air that i bring to school and an iphone i bring everywhere. I just received a kindle fire as a gift. I'm wondering if i should just return the Fire and get the e-reader? I don't really have a need for the tablet
