wow. you're probably one of the few people to get the whole basis for the name right without any clues. rock on!
its a good read. more interesting if you read Paradiso and Purgatorio with it as well though. imo. they might be harder to get through alone, but as a whole awesome.

Are you reading the French version or other?

The reason I ask is that I read it in French years ago while pursuing a 2nd minor in French along with Chemistry.
