I have question about unlocked Apple iPhone 4S 64gb

There are people selling unlocked iphone 4s 64GB for 700 USD on ebay
I am very curious that how can they get so many unlocked iphone 64GB and sell them so cheap? Or do you think there is something wrong with the phones, the sellers state they are original iphone though.
I dont really use ebay, so I dont know how this system works.
If someone could clarify this for me, I will be appreciated.
Also give your thoughts. Thank you.
 
i was wondering about that too... i'm assuming they get it at a lower price via some connection but what doesn't make sense is they can jack the price up higher than that but choose not to

Also, I found one of them sell 10 of 64GB for 3500 USD. that's 350 each. holy low price where do they get from?
