I have sold my iPhone 4

I have sold my iPhone 4. but I forgot to reset it. My apple id is logged in. and my contacts and secrets pictures are accessible for the buyer. I know the username and password of my apple id.
How can i remove my contacts and my pictures, even every thing, through the help of pc and apple id?

You can try doing it via Find My iPhone as that offers the ability to erase your device remotely: http://www.apple.com/icloud/find-my-iphone.html

You should be able to access it from www.cloud.com (assuming you had Find My iPhone enabled on your phone).
