I don't see an Unlocked AT&T version... But unlocked is unlocked, right? I'm not eligible for an upgrade; but I'll buy the 5S on T-Mobile - unlocked - for $650, and I'll sell my old 5 to Gazelle for $300 to offset the cost. No issues, correct?

Thank you!

That is the same thing I am wondering. The 5C shows as unlocked for T-Mobile and SIM-FREE but the 5S only shows T-mobile, but if it is unlocked and I would put in an ATT Sim I believe it should work? Hopefully someone who has asked apple can confirm. Thanks.

Hopefully that is how it will work. I still have a year left on my contract and its my understanding that if I buy the unlocked one for full price I can just move my service from my current iPhone over to the new one. Then once that's up I can upgrade at will, just in time for the iPhone 6. Really wish I had got my iPhone 5 unlocked when I had the chance though.

Unlocked and T-mobile are, from my understanding, the exact same. They are both unlocked and both cost the same. Only difference is that T-mobile one comes with a sim. I think you could just throw the sim away...

That's what I was thinking. It's just weird they give you a choice for the 5c but not the 5s. Maybe it's just a website error.

Yes, the unlocked option for T-Mobile on Apple's store is exactly the same as the AT&T model. I'm going to be buying one of those.
