I have trashed CS3 trial version and now can't install full version

Hi,

I recently downloaded a trial version of Dreamweaver CS3 for the mac. I then recently got The full version of CS3 so just dragged Dreamwever CS3 trial into the trach and deleted it (yes I now know that was stupid) as now when I try to install CS3 i get the following error half way through the inizializing setup :

Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance.

Have i deleted something i shoudn't? do I need to delete anything else?
