I have two identical iCloud accounts?

In my contacts I have 2 identical iCloud accounts set up. Modifying either leads me to Internet Accounts in Settings, which only holds ONE single account.

Let me just be certain: it's safe to "delete" iCloud from my Mac, then set it up again, right? All data has an external copy?
