I have two Jailbroke iPhones, 1 Connects the other doesn't

Both are still on 4.0.1 and I want to upgrade both to 4.3 but now my iPhone won't connect to iTunes. Instead, it just brings up a Volume1 disc on my desktop and nothing is in there.

When I connect my iPhone, it vibrates twice to make it sound like it's charging and it is. But it's not connecting to my iTunes. But my wifes iPhone will.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Problem solve #1 I reinstalled my iTunes and that didn't work.
