I have a feeling this may be fake.
I just Googled 'Grant Park' and I think the park is in Chicago.
The cat is too fat to be a stray in cold climate. Usually, they get thinner over winter because they don't eat nearly as much.

Abstract, there is more than one Grant Park i bet. the parenthesis are usually for neighborhoods in cities, such as atlanta that is listed...
