Is this true, can you by the $29 single user and have it work on n iMac and a Macbook?

Oh I see, then I'll get the the five pack which is a steal for $50

You're saying that even though it will work its still illegal? wow!

Apple has always trusted their users to do the right thing unlike Microsoft. Yes, it will work, but you should purchase the 5 pack.

So far, Apple has trusted people to follow the rules. If enough people start doing multiple installs from a single user disk then Apple might decide to go for a verification scheme which would be a hassle.

I have a Leopard retail disk and 2 an iBook and an older Mini that I could have installed both on. However, I followed the rules and installed on the iBook and left the mini on the old software.
